You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Generated Images in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violating any of the prohibited uses.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The generated images are created by an AI and may not always be accurate or reflect real-world scenarios. We do not warrant that the results of the service will meet your requirements.
